At Golden Belt Bank, we're always taking that extra step to provide the best possible service to our customers. That's why you will start to see new changes that could affect you.
As we are moving along with the advances in technology, our systems will be down for scheduled maintenance beginning Friday, November 2nd at 5:00 p.m. with anticipated completion on Monday afternoon. We encourage you to complete all transactions prior to this time to eliminate any problems that might occur. Below is a checklist to assist those who will be affected for an easy transition.
Online Banking Customers
- Use current User ID and Password for first-time login with new system. After first time login you will be required to change your Password.
- Verify that all scheduled transfers have converted.
- Review the accounts displayed and verify account balances and history.
Online Bill Pay Customers
- Verify that bill payees and history have transferred.
- Verify that all pending payments have been transferred and that payments scheduled for November 2nd-5th have been paid.
Visa®Debit/ATM Card Holders
- Verify receipt of new Visa® Debit/ATM Card.
- Verify receipt of letter containing a new PIN number.
- If you have any recurring payments set up to be directly charged to your Visa® Debit Check Card, contact the biller to inform them of your new card number.
- NOTE: You will continue to use your current card until November 4th. At that time you will activate your new card by conducting a PINNED transaction at an ATM or merchant.
Telephone Banking
- Use current PIN number for first time log-in.
