Your Conversion Guide

Click on Your Conversion Guide below to familiarize yourself with key dates and other important details related to the conversion period from May 28-June 11.

Key Dates

May 28

Start watching for your new debit card and PIN to arrive seperately in the mail. Maintain these items in a safe place until June 10.

May 31

Last day to set up or modify bill payments. All bill payments scheduled to occur on or before June 8 will be processed as scheduled. You should wait to schedule payment for any bills due after June 8 until conversion is complete or use an alternative method of payment.

June 8

After 5 pm, your current online banking and bill pay services will no longer be available. You will no longer have access to any prior or current eStatements.

June 9

Conversion of all accounts and services will occur over the weekend. Debit cardholders should plan on carrying a backup form of payment.

June 10

Activate your new debit card and begin using it.

June 11

Conversion is complete. Access your accounts via online banking here.


Debit Card

New debit cards and PINs (personal identification numbers) will be issued to all customers who currently have a debit card. The card and PIN will arrive in two separate mailings in late May. Please read and follow the instructions that arrive in these mailings to ensure continuous access to your account over the weekend of conversion. The checklist below contains additional information on preparing for this change.

Online Banking & Bill Pay

Online banking and bill pay will be unavailable during conversion beginning on Friday, June 8 at 5 pm MDT. Bill pay will be inquiry only after Thursday, May 31. When the conversion is complete, you will have access to your accounts via our online banking services. If you use online banking to access your personal accounts, please click on the checklist below. If your business is enrolled in business online banking, you should have received an enrollment form with Your Conversion Guide.


Statements will be produced for all checking and savings accounts documenting activity from your last cycle date through June 8. This statement is not available in electronic format and will be mailed to all customers.

Any previous eStatements you have received will not be available after conversion. You will need to download and save your Morgan Federal Bank statements prior to June 8. To continue to receive eStatements, you will need to re-enroll after conversion.
