Lending is a local necessity that helps communities not only survive, but thrive. That belief is what led Nathan into the industry 17 years ago and continues to motivate him every day. Nathan believes the best leaders lead by example, and his hands-on background in agriculture has allowed him to understand challenges from the producer’s point of view. Over the past 17 years, Nathan has been honored to serve in leadership roles with the Hays Optimist Club, Ellis Rotary Club, and Pheasants Forever Chapter 424. Outside of work, he spends much of his free time on his family’s multiple farms, where he enjoys tending to habitat projects and staying closely connected to the land and the agricultural community.
