Randy has been a trusted leader in banking since 1994. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Randy began his career with the FDIC before joining Golden Belt Bank as the Ellis branch manager. In 2010, he transitioned to the Hays office to serve as an Executive Vice President, where he continues to guide clients toward success. Randy’s favorite part of lending is helping people achieve their goals—whether it’s buying a car, starting a business, or investing in a new venture. Outside the office, he enjoys KU sporting events, hunting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
