Michelle's Story
Michelle Nelson is the Branch President of our Fort Morgan location, where she also serves as a loan officer. In that role, she’s had the privilege of helping many customers achieve their dreams—but one story in particular stands out.
She remembers working with a woman who was the sole provider for her family. This customer had one heartfelt goal: to buy a home where her teenage daughter could finally have a bedroom of her own.
Determined to help, Michelle guided her through the process and secured a grant to assist with the down payment and closing costs. That support turned a distant dream into a real opportunity.
Michelle fondly recalls the moment she shared the good news.

Larissa's Story
Meet another one of our dedicated loan officers, Larissa Kuhn. She specializes in helping customers with mortgage loans—for purchasing a home, refinancing an existing loan or home equity loans.
